Affinio joins Adobe and Episerver in Microsoft’s New Intelligent Customer Journey

We are excited to announce that our relationship with Microsoft is continuing to grow. In November 2016, we announced the move of the Affinio infrastructure to Microsoft Azure to ensure our customers benefited from the latest in Microsoft technology. In December 2017, our CEO, Tim Burke, published an article recapping Affinio’s incredible experience with the Microsoft Accelerator Machine Learning program. Most recently, in April 2018, we announced that our offering was available through a collaboration with Microsoft’s Global Consumer Good and Retail Solutions teams.

Today, we are thrilled to share that Affinio is joining Adobe and Episerver in Microsoft’s new Intelligent Customer Journey for Retail. The Intelligent Customer Journey provides customers with a seamless personalized shopping experience across every step of their shopping journey – we are excited to be a part by providing retailers a new level of customer intelligence.
