Tim Burke

Co-Founder, CEO

Tim, along with co-founder Stephen Hankinson, previously developed and successfully commercialized tether.com, the most commercially successful application of its kind, with over 300,000 paid users worldwide. From 2007-2013, Tim founded and led 26ones Inc. (formerly Quark Engineering and Development Inc.), an IP and product development engine. From 2000-2007, Tim held engineering R&D/design positions with Skillz Systems Inc., Innovation in Design Lab (Dalhousie University), Heidelberg, and Creare. He is based in Halifax.

Stephen Hankinson

Co-Founder, CTO

Stephen, along with co-founder Tim Burke, previously developed and successfully commercialized tether.com. He was Vice President at 26ones, Inc and was lead developer of an interactive hockey stick handling training tool, now owned by Skillz Systems Inc. Endlessly curious, Stephen enjoys working on challenges and projects most think are not possible. He works in our Halifax office, where his pie baking skill is unparalleled.

Co-Founder, VP of Engineering

Phil is a Co-founder of Affinio and heads up the Engineering team from our Toronto office. Phil has over 10 years experience in the software development industry, having provided high level development for a number of tech companies. He makes a point of hiding ASCII art in all his code.

Ardi Iranmanesh

Co-Founder, Revenue Operations

As a co-founder of Affinio, Ardi was crowned the ‘Ideation Ninja’ based on his ability to drum up ideas to solve his customer’s biggest problems, and working to find the all-mighty product-market fit. His obsession with SaaS and data-driven execution have lead him to be responsible for the performance, strategy and alignment of revenue operations at Affinio and as a speaker at SaaS North Conference. His home base is in Halifax.

Jon Baron

Chief Revenue Officer

Jon Baron brings a wealth of senior-level experience in revenue acceleration, marketing cloud innovation and entrepreneurship to Affino. He previously served as president of Bamboo Rose, CRO of IgnitionOne, CEO and Co-Founder of TagMan, among others. As CRO, he will be responsible for Affinio’s go-to-market strategy through to driving customer success. He will also lead Affinio executives in alliances, growth and marketing.

Teri Anderson

Chief Financial Officer

Teri is a Finance executive with broad experience in all aspects of accounting, financial reporting and audit gained during her 18 years running a CFO-For-Hire consulting practice. She has worked with both private and publicly-traded companies in various sectors including technology, venture capital, and telecommunications. Teri has worked with Affinio in a CFO capacity since 2014 and as a full time employee since February 2017. Teri is an avid runner and also loves relaxing around a campfire, playing her guitar and singing 1970’s tunes and cheesy old country songs. She works from our HQ in Halifax.

Leanne Cochrane

VP Product Management

Leanne joined Affinio in March of 2016 as the VP, Product Management. Leanne has close to 20 years working for technology companies typically in a product management capacity. She has held positions with Salesforce, BlackBerry, AOL and start-ups. Her experience has spanned solutions for desktop call management, online criminal record checks, support portals, and social listening. She is based in our headquarters, which is probably safest as she often finds herself lost when visiting other cities.
